This project is a high-end local purification engineering solution (Clean Booth) specially customized for Malaysian clients. Wonclean Technology provides the complete package of design, manufacturing, and export delivery.
Compared to traditional fixed cleanrooms, this project focuses on Flexible Manufacturing and Rapid Deployment. It aims to provide an efficient, locally controlled environment measuring 9.0m (L) × 4.5m (W) × 2.5m (H) (total coverage area of 40.5 square meters) for biopharmaceutical processes or precision medical device assembly.

II. Structure & Enclosure System
Abandoning traditional civil construction, this project adopts a highly modular assembly and flexible enclosure design to accommodate versatile on-site deployment:
- High-Strength Seismic Skeleton: The main structure utilizes 4mm thick Q235 carbon steel square tubes (100*50mm), consuming over 233 meters of material, supplemented by 32 meters of dedicated trusses for roof reinforcement. This design effectively resolves micro-deformation issues under the 9-meter large span, ensuring the overall rigidity of the framework.
- Dynamic Mobility Design: The bottom load-bearing unit is equipped with 10 sets of 4-inch (100mm) Polyurethane (PU) flat swivel casters. This grants the clean booth excellent mobility, allowing clients to relocate or reconfigure the booth at any time according to changes in the workshop's production line.
- Anti-Static Isolation Barrier:
- Main Enclosure: The perimeter uses 0.5mm thick anti-static PVC curtains (totaling 74.8 ㎡), which continuously dissipate surface static electricity, prevent dust absorption, and form an airflow boundary.
- Access Channels: Personnel and material entrances are equipped with 1.5mm thick transparent anti-static magnetic PVC curtains (with built-in soft rubber magnetic strips, totaling 5 ㎡). This ensures high-throughput convenience for access while maintaining stable air pressure and airtightness within the booth through its magnetic self-closing function.
III. Purification & Electrical Control System
The core purification and lighting of the environment utilize independently integrated systems, ensuring a plug-and-play experience:
- Core Purification Power Source (FFU): The roof is equipped with 3 sets of standard-sized (1200*600mm) Fan Filter Units (FFU), with a single-unit rated air volume of 1000 m³/h. Through the combination of vertical air supply from the top and natural exhaust from the bottom curtains, an efficient micro-positive pressure clean airflow is formed in the core operation area, achieving rapid environmental self-purification.
- High-Standard Lighting System: To meet the visual requirements of precision operations, 13 sets of 1200*300mm (60W) dedicated cleanroom flat panel lights are distributed on the ceiling, ensuring uniform illumination on the working surface without blind spots.

- Integrated Electrical Control: Equipped with a dedicated Distribution Box for centralized safety management of lighting, independent switches, and 5 reserved socket groups. All conduits comply with industrial safety standards, utilizing DN20 conduits paired with BV 2.5 and RVV 3.0 cables to ensure electrical safety during long-term full-load operations overseas.
IV. Logistics & Export Delivery Standards
Considering the specific requirements of cross-border maritime transport to Malaysia, the project implemented the highest level of physical protection before leaving the factory:
- Customized Damage-Prevention Packaging: The structural framework and large panel accessories are uniformly bundled and palletized using dedicated Steel Pallets; meanwhile, electromechanical equipment sensitive to vibration and moisture (such as FFU fans, distribution box systems, etc.) are fully enclosed in customized Wooden Boxes for moisture and impact protection.
- Delivery Mode: The project adopts FOB Shanghai trade terms. Through modular disassembly and container loading, cross-border logistics costs are significantly reduced. Upon arrival at the site in Malaysia, the assembly can be quickly completed using basic manual labor according to the design drawings (embodying the "Installation-Free" concept).
