HEPA Supply Module (PharmaSeal): Validated Air Delivery for GMP Suites

The HEPA supply module (PharmaSeal) is a standardized, field-installable ceiling-integrated air-delivery unit for mission-critical pharmaceutical and biologics environments. Its sealed, scannable HEPA construction supports in-situ leak testing and validation for ISO Class 3–7 aseptic suites.

It integrates with our HEPA supply module (GSM), fan filter unit (FFU) and high efficiency air outlet ranges.

02 — Construction

HEPA Supply Module Construction

The silicone gel seal is the engineering secret. A PHAP housing with a PHF HEPA filter seats in a gel channel for leak-free, disinfection-tolerant sealing — and the Leak-Lead™ design plus pre-aligned gasket channels enable single-person ceiling installation and sub-6-minute filter changes.

Why is rotating during the shower cycle important?

Standing still creates purification "dead spots" where airflow cannot reach areas like back, underarms, and knees. Active rotation (at least one full turn) with arm movements ensures complete surface exposure
